Every month RHODDY takes the time to step away from the office and host an internal meeting over a bite & bevvy and share the stage amongst managers to promote current programs, reflect and learn from each. A Rockstar of the Month is also recognized for their contributions, awarded with a trophy, a parking spot and a little something special.
High5Social Club
RHODDY has a club dedicated to providing frequent fun little perks to employees that keep emotions light and really build upon our tight knit culture. From pumpkin carving contest, rooftop barbecues, sports outings to simple popsicle breaks and potlucks, this program adds a nice touch to the week.
